Bookings

The booking procedure

To make an appointment with us, please give us a call on 02-6532303 or 0543356917. You will then get a time and date to come and see me and have a look at the different packages available for you and you get to have a look at the new photo book album range that I have and other products.

If you decide to go ahead with a booking, a 50% deposit of the chosen package price is taken and a client contract agreement is signed. I will have a chat with you and note down all your requirements for the day.

Please note that I only take event photography and video bookings on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Exceptions may be made in the holiday periods. Prior booking is essential (at least 2 months in advance). The remainder of the payment is due 1 week before the event.

On the day of the event I will arrive early so that I have time to test the lighting and set up. I will be there for the amount of time you requested. Should you wish to keep me on for longer, an hourly rate will be applicable.

If you would like a 2nd professional photographer to photograph your event an extra charge will be added. The 2nd photographer has been chosen very carefully to produce images of a high standard and will capture your wedding from a different perspective than myself,  so you will receive a large variety of different and stylish photos. This is good for very large weddings and halls. Prior bookings are essential to make sure the 2nd photographer is available on your event date.

After the event I will edit your images, colour correct them and will send you a PDF contact sheet via email of all the images. You will need to choose the specified number of images to go in your wedding album. You will get all of the images on CD anyway, you just need to choose your favourites for your album. You also need to give me your chosen music tracks on a CD for your CD montage and your DVD video if you want music on them in mp3 format.

Once you have chosen your images I will design your album for you and email you a design proof (if you have chosen the photo book or digital album) and once you have approved the design I will go ahead and print your albums and will inform you when your photographs are ready for collection. On average, the albums will be ready within 6 weeks depending on how busy it is, you may get them earlier.

**The minimum number of working hours for an event is 2 hours.**

Wedding and event photography packages start from 6,000 Saudi Riyals.

Wedding and event photography packages with video start from 8,000 Saudi Riyals.

Baby and children photography packages start from 1,800 Saudi Riyals.
